This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between Navigate Peptides (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and any visitor, customer, or institutional purchaser (“you”) of the website operated at navigatepeptides.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
When you place an order or interact with the Site, Navigate Peptides collects the information you choose to provide and a small set of automatically-collected technical data:

- Newsletter data: email address, the source page of the signup, IP address at the time of signup, browser user-agent string, and a timestamp recording your consent.
- Inquiry data: any name, email, organization, and message text you submit via the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps for security, anti-fraud, and rate-limiting purposes.
How we use it
We use the data above to fulfill orders, communicate about orders, deliver newsletters you have opted in to receive, prevent abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the Site. We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
Payment processing
Card and bank-payment data are submitted directly to our payment processor and are not stored on Navigate Peptides’ servers. The processor is responsible for handling payment-card data in accordance with PCI DSS. We retain only the last four digits, brand, and authorization status of a card needed to support refunds and chargeback responses.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies for cart persistence, age-gate acknowledgment, and (with your consent via the cookie banner) Google Analytics 4 measurement. You may decline analytics cookies in the banner without affecting your ability to use the Site.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only with the service providers strictly necessary to operate the Site: our payment processor, our shipping carrier (UPS), our hosting provider (WordPress.com Atomic), our email-delivery provider, and, where required, with law-enforcement or regulatory agencies under valid legal process.
Your rights — California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) give you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we have collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we will verify your identity using the email address associated with your account before responding.
Retention
Order records are retained for the period required by our tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations, typically seven (7) years. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe, after which we retain a record of the unsubscribe event for one (1) year to honor your preference. Technical logs are retained for ninety (90) days unless required for an active fraud or legal investigation.
Children
The Site is not directed to and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age. If you believe a person under twenty-one has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. By using the Site you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, where you have provided an email address, sent to the email on file.
