Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the relationship between Elytherion LLC (doing business as Navigate Peptides, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any visitor, customer, or institutional purchaser (“you”) of the website operated at navigatepeptides.com (the “Site”).

Carrier

Domestic orders ship via UPS using ground or expedited services as selected at checkout. Elytherion LLC does not currently ship internationally; orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses will not be processed.

Order processing

Orders placed before 13:00 PST on a U.S. business day are typically processed and tendered to the carrier within one to two (1–2) business days. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Elytherion LLC cannot guarantee processing windows during periods of high order volume or carrier disruption.

Transit times

Standard ground transit within the contiguous United States is typically two to five (2–5) business days from the date the package is tendered to UPS. Expedited services are available at checkout. Transit-time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Elytherion LLC.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address on file once the carrier scans the package. Tracking updates are managed entirely by UPS; please consult UPS.com for the authoritative status of any shipment.

Age verification at delivery

Orders may be tendered with a UPS adult-signature requirement at our discretion. Recipients must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Address accuracy

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to sender as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are subject to an actual-cost reshipment fee plus the original shipping cost; refunds in lieu of reshipment are issued less the original outbound and return shipping cost.

Lost or damaged shipments

Shipments confirmed as lost in transit by UPS or arriving with compromised packaging should be reported to shipping@navigatepeptides.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the latest tracking event. Please retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Restricted destinations

Elytherion LLC does not ship to U.S. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or freight-forwarding addresses. Orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
